Subject: Humanitarian Appeal
When the senseless devastating war between the two belligerent of the Sudanese Armed
Forces ( SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces ( RSF) erupted on 15th of April
2025, the liberated territories which controlled by the Sudan Liberation Movement/Army
continued to received mass waves of Internally Displaced persons (IDPs) from all over
Sudanese towns and cities fleeing the scourge of the brutal war to where they can find safe
heaven and security.
However; the self – defense forces of the Sudan Liberation Army did
its best to provide security, while the host communities shared all what they have with the
IDPs, in a time the civil authority of the Sudan Liberation Movement is struggling
Against all odds to organize sheltering camps for the millions of IDPs despite meager
resources at hand.
Consequently; numerous appeals were made to the regional andinternational organizations to intervene, but to no avail.
Now, with the mass exodus from Al Fashir and its outskirts to Tawila and Jebel Marra areas, coupled with the exponential increasing numbers of people , the Sudan Liberation Movement find it extremely difficult to harbor these millions of population without being assisted and therefore
solemnly blow its last minute whistle of appeal to regional and international organizations
not only to provide life- saving essentials in order to save lives, but to equip the IDPs with
working tools, resources and skills to be self – reliant, time to assist is now !
