Peaceful demonstration is a right guaranteed in accordance with the 2019 Constitutional Document and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The situation in Sudan witnessed violations such as the acquittal of the accused’s in the of killing of martyrs, the Atbara court in the state of river Nile held at the beginning of October 2022 a session with the accused in the case of the killing of the martyr Tariq, who was murdered in the revolution of December 2018 to 2019, the accused were acquitted and there are a number of cases of killing protesters continuing, the results will be acquittal of the accused.

Properties belonging to Civilians were looted and the Towns were completely burned, all that is happening in the presence of the Sudanese armed forces that failed to protect civilians, human rights violations and crimes continued in the Darfur region in light of the presence of a large number of the Juba Peace Group at different levels of governance, for instance the Sovereign Hajar Wad Al-Hadi Idris at the level of the executive body, the governor of Darfur Minawi Minawi and Deputy Governor Muhammad Issa, Governor of West Darfur, Khamis Abkar, are directly responsible for the criminal offenses.
In June 2022, the events of Dar Muqata’ occurred in Kulbus locality, claimed the lives of more than 350 citizens, accompanied with thefts and looting of properties, and more than 30 villages were burned, and citizens from these areas were displaced to the localities of Saraf Omra, Kulbs, Saraf bin Hussein and Umm Jarwa, with the complete absence of humanitarian organizations to provide services to the victims.
